§ 11.16.075. State highways and truck routes.

The city shall trim all trees located on the boulevard/right of way of state highways and truck routes (i.e., Highway 37/Dakota Avenue, S.D. Highway 14, Lincoln Avenue from Hwy. 14 to 21st Street, 21st Street; West Park Avenue from Hwy. 14 to 3rd Street SE, and Custer Avenue) to a minimum height of fifteen feet over the adjacent street. It shall be the responsibility of the property owner, property manager or tenant to trim the balance of the tree to ensure compliance with Section 11.16.080.
