§ 16.08.010. Obedience to traffic ordinances, signals and markings.

No person shall violate any rule, regulation, traffic direction, sign, or marking adopted, prescribed, or established in accordance with the provisions of this title, unless otherwise directed by a police officer or other person authorized by law to direct traffic.
