§ 16.20.010. Street and alleys designated.

The traffic on the first alley west of Dakota Avenue South, running north and south between Dakota Avenue South and Wisconsin Avenue Southwest, is limited to a northerly direction only between Second and Third Streets Southwest and is limited to a southerly direction between Third and Fourth Streets Southwest; and the traffic in the first alley east of Dakota Avenue South, between Dakota Avenue South and Kansas Avenue Southeast, is limited to a southerly direction only between Second and Fourth Streets Southeast in the city and the traffic in the alley east of Kansas Avenue Southeast, between Fourth and Fifth Streets Southeast, is limited to a westerly direction only from a point one hundred eighty-five feet east of Kansas Avenue Southeast, to Kansas Avenue Southeast.
