§ 16.28.150. Parking violation fines.

Violations of this chapter of the code shall be punishable by administrative fees as set by resolution of the governing board. If any ticket for a violation is not paid within seven days and a summons and complaint is issued based on such ticket for violating this chapter, the fine for the violations of any provision of this chapter shall be as set by resolution of the governing board. In addition to setting the fine, the resolution shall authorize the payment of the fine through power of attorney in lieu of a court appearance.
