§ 1.04.030. Numbering system.

Each section number is divided by two decimal points. The number or numbers to the left of the first decimal always indicates the title number. The chapter number within the title is indicated by the two digits immediately to the right of the first decimal point. The last three digit positions to the right of the second decimal indicate the section number within the title and chapter.
