§ 1.04.130. Penalty for violations.

  • Except as in this code otherwise specifically provided, any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this code, or failing to comply with any of the provisions thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for a period of not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Whenever any person shall, as clerk, servant, agent or employee of any other person, or of a firm or corporation, violate any of the provisions of this code, he shall be deemed guilty as a principal and shall be punished as herein provided. Each and every violation of the provisions of this code shall constitute a separate offense.
