§ 22.00.000. Engineering design standards for public improvements.

There is adopted by the City of Huron for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for Design Standards, along with the City of Huron Standard Specifications and the City of Huron Standard Plates, which shall apply to all public improvements within the incorporated area of the City of Huron except where superseded by federal or state requirements.
