§ 23.42.002. Violations and penalty.

Any person, firm, corporation or voluntary association which violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine of no more than five hundred dollars for every offense or to imprisonment not exceeding thirty days. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
