§ 26.02.008. Adoption of Tax Increment Financing Guidelines.

Pursuant to its authority in Resolution 2015-08, on November 19, 2015, the TIF Project Review Committee created and approved the document entitled 'Tax Increment Financing in Huron-A Guideline for Applicants' (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines"). This document is hereby adopted as the governing process for TIF applications, and may be amended by Resolution or Ordinance.
