§ 2.04.060. Notice of special meetings.

The city finance officer shall issue a written notice for each special meeting stating by what authority the meeting is called and stating the place, time, date, purpose and matter or matters to be considered. Such notice shall be served by the police department personnel upon each member of the governing body then in the city at least two hours before the hour specified for such meeting, provided however, that if all members of the governing body are present at the meeting place prior to the hour specified for such meeting, no notice thereof shall be required to be delivered to each member. In lieu thereof, a copy of such notice signed by all board members present shall be filed as stated in Section 2.04.050.
