§ 2.08.030. Officers' and employees' salaries.

The salaries of all appointive officers, employees regular or part-time, travel allowance and other pertinent items related to pay and allowance shall be provided for by resolution or in the annually adopted certified pay schedule of the city. Such salaries and allowances shall be provided for in each department's annual budget and be provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance of the city. Salaries of all city personnel shall be paid in accordance with a resolution adopted by the governing body relative to pay periods.
