§ 2.08.040. Duties of appointive officers.

All appointive officers shall perform all the duties of their offices and department functions as prescribed by statutes of the State of South Dakota, and such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by ordinances of the City of Huron or as directed by the governing board and members thereof which are not defined in this chapter.
