§ 5.24.010. Establishment of the district.

Pursuant to the provisions of SDCL Ch. 9-55, business improvement district no. 1 of the City of Huron, S.D. is hereby created. A resolution of intent to create this district was approved by the city commission on the 23rd day of May, 2011. The public hearing on creation of the district was held in the city commission chambers located at 239 Wisconsin Ave. SW, Huron, S.D. at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of July, 2011.
