§ 5.46.030. Penalty for violations.

Any organization, licensee or person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty days or both such fine and imprisonment.
