§ 5.54.010. Definitions.

The term used in this chapter unless the context otherwise plainly requires shall mean as follows:
(a)

"Malt beverage" means an alcoholic beverage as defined by Title 35 of South Dakota Codified Laws.

(b)

"On-sale" means the sale of malt beverage for the consumption upon the premises where sold.

(c)

"Off-sale" means the sale of malt beverage for consumption off the premises where sold.

(d)

"Dealer" means any holder of a malt beverage retailer license, being both package dealers and on-sale dealers.

(e)

"South Dakota Farm Wine" means an alcoholic beverage as defined by SDCL 35-12-1.
