§ 5.60.032. Company's failure to complete project.

Upon failure of company to complete any work required by law or by the provisions of this chapter to be done in any street, within the time prescribed, and to the satisfaction of the city, the city may cause such work to be done and company shall pay the city the cost thereof in the itemized amount reported to company within thirty days after receipt of such itemized report.
