§ 5.60.052. Separability.

    If any section, subsection, sentence, clause phrase, or portion of the ordinance codified in this chapter is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.

    (2)

    Should any provision of this franchise be inconsistent or at variance with any rule, regulation or policy, in whole or in part, of the FCC or any other agency having jurisdiction, such provision shall be invalid, but the remaining provisions hereof shall not be affected thereby.
