§ 9.02.010. Enhanced 911 system established.

An enhanced 911 emergency telephone reporting system as the same is defined in SDCL 34-45 et seq., is authorized and established. Management and control of said system shall be vested in the city of Huron, South Dakota, a municipal corporation.
