§ 16.28.090. Seventy-two hour limit.

  • No vehicle shall be parked on any street, avenue, alley or in a municipally owned public ground for a longer period than seventy-two hours at one location. Within the residential districts defined in Title 23 of this code, the above shall apply to the portion of the right-of-way between the curbline and property line (boulevard). Any vehicle which causes an obstruction or a hazard to traffic may be removed at any time under the direction of the police department.
