§ 1.04.040. Numbering of amendments and additions.

  • Insofar as practical, amendments of and additions to this code may be numbered as sections, chapters, or titles of this code. Generally, additions to the subject matter of a given chapter may be added as additional, numbered sections of the chapter. A new chapter may be added to the title to which it relates. New titles may be inserted in the title arrangement where openings have been reserved.
