§ 1.04.040. Numbering of amendments and additions.

Insofar as practical, amendments of and additions to this code may be numbered as sections, chapters, or titles of this code. Generally, additions to the subject matter of a given chapter may be added as additional, numbered sections of the chapter. A new chapter may be added to the title to which it relates. New titles may be inserted in the title arrangement where openings have been reserved.
