§ 5.54.014. Application review procedures.

License applications are available at the city finance office. All applications must be completed with fees collected prior to being submitted to the city commission for consideration. Notice of the application must be published in the local newspaper with a public hearing being held not less than seven (7) days after official publication. The governing board shall have discretion to approve or disapprove the application depending on whether it deems the applicant a suitable person to hold such license and whether it considers the proposed location suitable.
