§ 5.54.020. Age restriction.

No dealer may sell any alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years. No dealer may permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to loiter on such premises where the business under the license is authorized, unless such person under the age of twenty-one (21) years is in the immediate presence of a parent or guardian or spouse over twenty-one (21) years of age.
