§ 8.06.100. Violations and penalties.

Failure by the owner of the dog determined to be vicious to comply with an animal control officer requirement related to registration or confinement of the vicious dog, to remove the dog from the jurisdictional limits of the city if ordered by an animal control officer, to deliver the dog to the impound facility, or appeal the determination to magistrate court, shall subject the owner to a penalty pursuant to the general penalty provisions in Section 1.04.130.
